The vodka is produced using the highest quality grain grown in ecologically clean regions of France. This gives the drink a smooth taste and noble character, emphasising its truly European style.

Finest selected grain

Water naturally filtered through limestone rocks is used in the production process, giving the vodka a refined and balanced taste.

Artesian water

The exceptional quality of our vodka is achieved through a careful five-stage distillation process, which removes impurities as thoroughly as possible.

Distillation

Each stage of production combines traditional European distillation methods with modern technologies, ensuring exceptional purity and smoothness.

The finest master distillers

Blue agave grows for 6–10 years before it is used for tequila. Jimadores cut off the leaves and keep the heart (piña). The heavy piñas, weighing up to 80 kg, are taken to the distillery to start production.

Harvesting

After baking, the agave hearts are crushed to extract the sweet juice. It ferments for several days as yeasts turn the sugars into alcohol and create tequila’s aroma and flavour.

Extraction and fermentation

Our tequila is triple distilled and intensively oxygenated for a smoother, more refined taste. It is made with pure volcanic water for clarity and softness. Under Mexican NOM standards, Blanco tequila can rest up to 60 days in stainless steel tanks.
